Do not take your car here to get service. I dropped my car off on 7/8 and they said 24- 72 hours to diagnose. They did not start my car up until 7/19 and did not give me a loaner because they did not have any. I was carless until they called me on 7/22 to tell me they could not find the issue with my car but my check engine light was on when I dropped it off.

Told me car was certified yet rats where living in engine. I have to xxxx out 6k to fix car. It has been in shop for 3 months now. Do not buy for these ppl they are all xxx.

I purchased a car from this place in August 2023. I got my first servicing hir free. During the second servicing, I was told that I have to pay. Later when I spoke to the sales team, the manager said that the sales team will cover the cost. However, later, I was told that next time onwards, I will have to pay. Also, filter change was not done, perhaps due to nefarious reason of extracting that cost from me in the next visit. Largely, I think, there is a lot of false promises from the sales end and they really rush you to complete a sale. And then, as they have no more benefit from the customer, they deny service.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience buying a car! Everyone was helpful. Brandon Evans was great, he helped us find the perfect vehicle for us and showed us all the features on our new car! When we got to the financial department we got to meet Rico Brown he was a great guy as well. It was smooth, easy, and quick. They have just received a new customer all the way from Texas.

I wasn't able to get the car that I wanted but I will tell you this. JJ and Ben are the best salesmen I've ever encountered in my life. Our buying experience with Joe Wilder at Wolfchase Hyundai could not have been better! Dare I say, enjoyable?? Joe is attentive, but not high pressure. His guidance in helping us choose the right vehicle for US, not necessarily the one the dealer wanted to sell, was so appreciated as he listens to the needs of his customers and puts them first. In fact, although we looked at several different brands of autos, Joe's demeanor and kindness is one of the reasons we kept returning to this dealership. My 2013 Hyundai Elantra received a new anti theft upgrade package at no charge, due to Hyundai recall. My service agent, JoAnne was super nice and very knowledgeable. I am so happy my car now has additional protection. Maybe, future automobile regulation will require all car to have glass breakage alarms and kill switch programs to help prevent car theft. Hopefully, older model cars can receive a version of this protection, without having to pay with an arm and leg! Thank-you! Hyundai @ Wolfchase and Ms. Joanne. 😃

I have bought my last two cars here, one in 2013 and my second one in 2021. Overall I’ve had descent service and great customer service most of the time. Today, I was a little bothered. I pulled up to the garage, then a car pulled up next to me, but they called the other car to pull up first, which made me feel de-valued or slightly treated unfairly. I just wanted my oil changed. They told me it would take 1-1.5 hrs, that’s was the second reason why I left. I just went down the street to get it changed, which was extremely quick. I usually come to Hyundai for all my needs, but after putting my window down to let them know I was here first and I was still told to pull behind the guy who came after me, didn’t sit well. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Horrible sales experience. They stood me up for an hour just to say that their website inventory for that vehicle is not up to date and sold it already. The salesman, Joe Wilder, asked me if I'm willing to see the numbers for available similar vehicle. When I was ok with that, he went back, took almost an hour just to get the MSRP, and trade-in numbers from another location. By this time, my patience really ran out. I checked in on 03/14 at 11:30 AM. and left around 1:45 PM. (More than 2 hrs) without looking or riding one. Edit after owner's response: To be precise on what your team told you. I have requested a $2000 off over add-ins and a $4000 over on the 2023 model trade-in value. They gave me a $25000 trade-in value for 23 santa Fe Hybrid sel, and I requested $29000. My frustration here is that your team did take hours to give me a quote and show less interest when I started negotiating. Second Edit after the call from Sales Manager - Josh Milzarek: He asked for feedback, and I politely talked to him on the phone with my sales experience. Initially, he started with saying they had shown me the vehicle, which I requested. No, they did not. I have a conversation with the customer service that I would only visit the facility if they have one in the current lot. Then, He mentions now that he added a transportation fee of $1500 to $2000 for getting another vehicle from another location. Also found out to be, he admits that he insited Joe Wilder to skip on me straight away just because I negotiated $6000. I have no clue what's the whole point of calling me and asking for feedback here. I would suggest that whoever buy their vehicle at this dealership should please check all the markup numbers beyond MSRP.

Amazing experience! I had never thought of buying from Hyundai until I was at car max and saw it down the road. I was very impressed and I did my homework and found out how they compared very favorably to other car manufacturers. I had been to Honda, Toyota, and Subaru at that point. Hyundai bet the competition hands down with price, warranty, and luxury! I Mr Joe Wilder helping me. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful! He was not pushy but he was available when I called and has checked in on me a couple of times since buying the car. Very impressed!
