Do not take your car here to get service. I dropped my car off on 7/8 and they said 24- 72 hours to diagnose. They did not start my car up until 7/19 and did not give me a loaner because they did not have any. I was carless until they called me on 7/22 to tell me they could not find the issue with my car but my check engine light was on when I dropped it off.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience buying a car! Everyone was helpful. My 2013 Hyundai Elantra received a new anti theft upgrade package at no charge, due to Hyundai recall. My service agent, JoAnne was super nice and very knowledgeable. I am so happy my car now has additional protection. Maybe, future automobile regulation will require all car to have glass breakage alarms and kill switch programs to help prevent car theft. My frustration here is that your team did take hours to give me a quote and show less interest when I started negotiating. Second Edit after the call from Sales Manager - Josh Milzarek: He asked for feedback, and I politely talked to him on the phone with my sales experience. Initially, he started with saying they had shown me the vehicle, which I requested. No, they did not. I have a conversation with the customer service that I would only visit the facility if they have one in the current lot. Then, He mentions now that he added a transportation fee of $1500 to $2000 for getting another vehicle from another location. Also found out to be, he admits that he insited Joe Wilder to skip on me straight away just because I negotiated $6000. I have no clue what's the whole point of calling me and asking for feedback here. I would suggest that whoever buy their vehicle at this dealership should please check all the markup numbers beyond MSRP.

I had some serious issues with my car’s coolant system, and for the duration of my service, my service advisor Jody went above and beyond. She had great communication and was always forthright about the work being done. I was given multiple loaner cars that helped me avoid paying high rental fees. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a mechanic or dealership. I ended up buying a new car from Hyundai simply because of my great experience with Jody.

Jody was very polite ,and I would recommend her to friends, and family members.

Was a great experience. Jim even set up our bluelink and explained a lot of the features of our vehicle prior to leaving the lot. He and the Sales Mgr. Tony also called the next day (Christmas eve) to check on us.

Jody has been our service provider for approximately 9 months. She has been very helpful in getting service done on our two Hyundai cars. In each case there were complicating issues that needed perseverance to work through. If it was not for her dedication I am not sure it would be accomplished. We are on the home stretch of a oil consumption issue that will be resolved!

This is our second vehicle we have bought using Joe as our sales consultant! He is always so knowledgeable about the cars and resourceful if he does not know. He wants what is best for you in a car & in the car buying process.

Highly recommend friendly staff did a great job . Got oil change and tires rotated. They even cleaned the vehicle for free.

Upon arrival we were told there was a 2 hour wait so walked down to Milano's Place for pizza for lunch. When returning to the dealership, we waited for about 30 minutes before the car was washed & returned.

A very lovely young man who said he worked at your dealership stopped to ask me if l needed help. I was in the worst part of Memphis. An unbelievably kind and brave gesture. On 12/13/2023. Give this man a raise!!!! Young with very dark hair. I looked surprised but, needed no help. You don't find this anymore ❤️.

Excellent!!! Thank you so much Joanne for getting me in quickly, as usual, and taking care of my car. I can't believe that I drove so many miles since my last service!!! I am usually good at staying on top of my service however after taking a trip back home to Tampa, FL in August I've been on the road. It wasn't until my oil light flashed on that I realized I better stop and get this done NOW! Joanne was quick to get me in the next day which is not always possible. I appreciate greatly that whenever I come in she has a beautiful smile greeting me and she's always asking how I'm doing and about my family. I personally come to this location and have even paid for my car to be towed here because I trust them to do the right thing concerning my car and I look forward to the excellent customer service. In a world of technology, fast pace and automation, it's so nice to still see a person and be greeted with a smile and great personality. Wolfchase Hyundai made a number of mistakes writing my lease in July of 2023 such that Hyundai refused to accept it. It took a month of calls to Hyundai and Wolfchase to get an updated lease printed (two, actually -- Hyundai accepted the third version ). Wolfchase was (eventually) pretty eager to get things fixed because Hyundai hadn't paid them for the car yet. By the time Wolfchase gets the title application to the tax office, it's two months overude. They've also miscalculated the tax, meaning I overpaid Wolfchase. I contacted them to ask for my money back and for them to pay the tax penalty resulting from their delays, but now that Hyundai has paid them, suddenly they don't respond. In their defense, I am an out of state customer and they don't often write leases for us. In my defense, I brought this up prior to doing business with them, but they evidently belong to the 'say whatever it takes to get the customer into the store' school and so their assurances that they knew what they were doing resulted in months of delays and hundreds of dollars between penalties and overpayments, neither of which they've assumed any responsibility for. Hyundai makes some great cars. Maybe one day their dealerships will catch up.

I had a safety recall on my vehicle so I made an appointment online a month ago. I showed up today 15 minutes early but they took my car right back and I walked out after only one hour. That is the shortest amount of time I’ve ever spent on a service visit. Mr. Lee, my technician, was very nice and efficient. But the best part of the day was Dinah, the cashier. The waiting room is in the office with the cashier and she was amazing. Dinah greeted every customer who walked in with a full smile and a bubbly personality. She made us all laugh and the time flew by! She was even kind and friendly to other employees and you could tell it was genuine. The service gets a 5/5 but Dinah gets a 10! Give her a raise or a bonus because she is the reason I will keep coming back. Thanks Dinah-your customer, the teacher!
