The turbo 2.5-liter engine produces 277 horsepower in the 2021 model year, and this replaces last year’s 235-horsepower turbo engine. This premium engine is standard in the all-new Calligraphy trim level. In 2021, a hybrid engine was introduced for the first time. This is a 1.6-liter turbo engine that generates 225 net horsepower. It is accompanied by a six-speed auto transmission and all-wheel drive.
Appearance
The 2021 Santa Fe’s interior and exterior styles have been reimagined with beautiful results. You can find a revised front end with segmented, T-shaped headlights, a reshaped grille, and stunning accents across the lower front fascia on the exterior. The rear also boasts T-shaped lights and modern styling elements. Inside, the cabin is dressed in premium materials, including Nappa leather in select trim levels. The ascension of the angled center console creates a seamless flow between the console and the stack. Additional design elements include a push-button gear selector and a flowing display screen.
