Serving Memphis, TN
For years, our customers at Wolfchase Hyundai have been torn between the compact Elantra and the slightly larger Sonata. For 2022, the options became more appealing as there’s an Elantra N model, and the Sonata has added an N Line trim level. Both models are high-performance and sport-oriented. At Wolfchase Hyundai, we want to help you explore the Elantra N and the Sonata N Line in full detail so that you can make your selection with a high degree of confidence.
Performance
If you choose to drive the 2022 Hyundai Elantra N, your car will receive 276 horsepower from a turbo 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine. You can pair the engine with your choice of a six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed dual-clutch auto transmission. Additional features added to the Elantra at this trim level are summer performance tires, an upgraded rear suspension, adaptive dampers, and sport steering. The Sonata N Line, on the other hand, has a four-cylinder, turbo 2.5-liter engine. It is paired with an eight-speed manual transmission and produces 290 horsepower. It shares many of the same mechanical features as the Elantra N.
Appearance
When comparing the Elantra N to the rest of the Elantra lineup for 2022, you will find that it has upgraded wheels and a more athletic fascia. The Elantra N also has a three-part contouring element on the side doors, a drop-down grille with a radiating pattern, and integrated LED headlights. The Sonata N Line also has enhanced wheels and a fine-tuned fascia. Its design is defined by linear side accents and a hexagonal grille. It stands apart from other Hyundai models on the road with its stunning LED light bars. The bars underscore the headlights before taking a sharp turn up across the sides of the hood.
Features
You will continue to enjoy the differences between the Elantra N and the Sonata N Line when you check out their features. The Elantra N comes with smart device integration, a digital display screen, heated side mirrors, heated front seats, enhanced bolstering for the sport front seats, leather upholstery, and driver’s side memory settings. These same features are found in the Sonata N Line. The Sonata N Line also adds a surround-view monitor, a heads-up display, smart parking assist, ambient lighting, blind-spot monitoring, and more.
