2022 Hyundai Palisade SEL vs 2022 Hyundai Palisade Limited
Serving Memphis, TN
The stunning Hyundai Palisade is a midsize crossover SUV that comes with the functionality of three rows of seats. The model initially debuted in 2020, and it has only received minor yet meaningful updates since then. For 2022, the Palisade is offered in four trim levels. These are the SE, the SEL, the Limited, and the Calligraphy. Many of our customers at Wolfchase Hyundai who are in the market for a roomy SUV inquire about the differences between the Palisade’s mid-level trims. How does the 2022 Hyundai Palisade SEL compare to the 2022 Hyundai Palisade Limited?
Performance
Regardless of the Palisade trim level, you select, your SUV will pull 291 horsepower from a V6, 3.8-liter engine. This is tied to an eight-speed auto transmission and has a front-wheel drive drivetrain. All-wheel drive is optional for all trims. At the SEL trim level and higher, the Convenience Package is available. It comes with an array of additional interior and exterior features and a self-leveling suspension system.
Appearance
The Palisade is an impressive SUV that expresses its confident sophistication throughout its exterior. It has an extended profile with prominent dimensions to accommodate three rows in its cabin. The nose holds a chrome-accented grille and detached, dual-elemental headlights with an innovative design. The hood is elegantly accentuated, and these accents flow across the side panels to the rear. The SEL trim level adds equipment like a sunroof, roof rails, and optional 20-inch wheels. The Limited builds on the SEL’s equipment by adding auto wipers and a dual-pane sunroof.
Features
These trim levels are elegantly outfitted with a host of modern features. For example, they both have keyless entry, an auto-dimming rear mirror, second-row captain’s chairs, assistive driver’s aids, smart device integration, an 8-inch touch display screen, heated front seats, and a dual-zone climate control system. Notably, the SEL offers the option of a bench seat in the second row. The Limited trim level features a 12-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, a blind-spot camera, a 360-degree camera, a heads-up display, and a digital instrumentation panel.
